DECISION AND REMITTAL
1. The appellants, nationals of Gambia, have permission to appeal to this Tribunal against the determination of Judge Page, who dismissed their appeals. As is pointed out in the grant of permission, the determination, which makes findings adverse to the credibility of the account upon which the appellants rely, makes no reference to expert evidence that was before him and it appears that he did not take it into account. That was, as both parties recognise, an error of law, and the appeal ought to be re-heard.
2. I therefore set aside the determination of Judge Page and remit these appeals to the First-tier Tribunal, for hearing before a different judge.
