1. On 5 June 2015 permission was granted to appeal against a determination by First-tier Tribunal Judge R M M Wallace dated 25 May 2015, dismissing the appellant's deportation appeal. By letter dated 21 August 2015 the appellant, through his representatives, seeks to withdraw his appeal.
2. In terms of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, Rule 17, the appeal is recorded as having been withdrawn, with the consent of the Upper Tribunal. The determination of the First-tier Tribunal therefore stands.
