NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL
The appellant was granted permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal against a determination by Designated Judge Murray, dismissing his appeal against deportation. In a communication dated 26 June 2015 and confirmed at the hearing, he sought to withdraw his appeal to the Upper Tribunal.
In terms of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, Rule 17, the Upper Tribunal consents to withdrawal. The determination of the First-tier Tribunal accordingly stands.
