Between
LONGYU WANG
Appellant
and
THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT
Respondent
DECISION AND REMITTAL
1. The ground on which the appellant has permission to appeal to this Tribunal is that Judge Dean dismissed the appeal under the Immigration Rules and made no decision on the human rights ground, whereas her jurisdiction was limited to the human rights grounds. There is no r 24 response.
2. In accordance with the proposal made in my letter to the parties dated 5 March 2018, I now set aside the decision of Judge Dean for error of law and remit the appellant's appeal to the First-tier Tribunal for determination by a different judge.
C. M. G. OCKELTON
VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UPPER TRIBUNAL
IMMIGRATION AND ASYLUM CHAMBER
