NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
This was an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision promulgated on 23 May 2014 of Judge Aitken, upholding the decision of First-tier Tribunal Doyle which dismissed the appellant's Tier 4 student appeal.
1. The appellant wrote to the Tribunal on 19 August 2014 indicating that he wished to withdraw his appeal.
2. In line with Rule 17 (1) (a) of The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 the Tribunal consents to the withdrawal of the appellant's appeal to the Upper Tribunal.
3. The appeal to the Upper Tribunal is withdrawn. The decision of Judge Aitken and that of First-tier Tribunal Doyle stand.
