DETERMINATION AND REASONS
1. The decision of FtT Judge David C Clapham SSC, promulgated on 7 June 2018, has been upheld in so far as it dealt with protection grounds, but set aside in so far as it dealt with human rights grounds, for reasons explained in a decision dated 19 and issued on 20 November 2018, which is to be deemed as incorporated herein.
2. By agreement, the appeal, as brought to the FtT, is allowed on human rights grounds.
3. No anonymity direction has been requested or made.
