CONSENT ORDER

1. Pursuant to Rule 39 of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 and by the consent of the parties the following order is made:

a. Upon the decision of the First-tier Tribunal having been set aside by a decision of Upper Tribunal Judge Coker promulgated on 3 May 2019;

b. And upon Mr Walker conceding that the appellant's protection claim should be allowed;

c. The appellant's appeal against the decision of the respondent dated 21 June 2017 to refuse her protection claim is allowed.
Direction Regarding Anonymity - Rule 14 of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008
