DECISION AND REASONS
1. In directions issued on 17 September 2024, Upper Tribunal Judge Gill recorded that it was her provisional view that this appeal should be remitted to the First-tier Tribunal. If the appellant objected, Upper Tribunal Judge Gill directed the appellant to file that objection with reasons within seven calendar days of her decision.
2. The appellant did not file an objection and on 10 December 2025, the appellant’s representatives wrote to the Upper Tribunal requesting an update.
3. As the appellant does not object to the course of action proposed by Upper Tribunal Gill, the appeal will be remitted to the First-tier Tribunal.
Notice of Decision
4. The appeal is remitted to the First-tier Tribunal for a fresh hearing to be heard by a different judge.
