ORDER
1. Mr McVeety disclosed that, pursuant to further decisions of the Entry Clearance Officer, all three Appellants secured visas and have visited the United Kingdom. In passing, while the father of the family returned to Bangladesh following his visit, the two children have remained here, having submitted asylum claims.
2. In these circumstances, Mr McVeety, on behalf of the Appellant (the Entry Clearance Officer) applied for permission to withdraw his client's case. I duly granted permission under Rule 17(1) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008.
